We review the story of Yehu and where he went wrong.

Yehu allies with Yehonadab and together they trick the followers of Ba'al into attending a great ceremony.  Yehu then slaughters everyone at the gathering and smashes the temple of Ba'al. Yehu's future career however, descends into failure.

Yehu continues to wreak his vengeance upon the House of Ahab, but begins to carry the violence way past his original mandate.

Yehu continues to take vengeance against the evil house of Ahab, as Ahaziah King of Judah is killed and Jezebel gets thrown out of a window to the dogs.

Yehu carries out the vengeance of God and assassinates Yehoram in the field of Navot.

Elisha sends a student prophet on a secret mission to annoint Yehu as King and bring about the downfall of the house of Omri.

Through intermarriage between the dynasty of Omri and the dynasty of David, the Kings of Judah descend into evil ways.

The king of Aram is ill, and he sends his servant Chazael to Elisha for help.  Elisha uses this opportunity to hint to Chazael that he should assassinate the king.

Elisha advises the woman from Shunam to leave Samaria due to an impending famine, and squatters take over her home.  When she tries to seek justice, she finds Gechazi in the palace telling stories to the king, who ultimately decides in her favor.

The prophecy of Elisha comes true, as the lepers find an empty enemy camp full of food and supplies.
